Victoria Ingram joined Blackstreet Capital Management in August 2006.  Previously, Ms. Ingram worked as an Executive Assistant at General Motors Government Relations office in Washington, DC, working with GM’s philanthropic sponsorships as well as public policy issues. Prior to GM, Ms. Ingram worked for The Brand Consultancy, a brand strategy and management firm in Georgetown as Executive Assistant to the President and firm founders.

Ms. Ingram graduated from DePauw University, where she received a Bachelors degree in Education.
