Tom Ripley is an Operating Partner of Blackstreet Capital Management. He is currently a Director of FTCA, Inc. and Agora Marketing Solutions, Inc., as well serving as the President of Agora Marketing Solutions, Inc.

Previously, Tom was the co-owner and President of Fawcett Boat Supplies, Inc., a 60 year old regional marine supply company based in Annapolis, MD. Tom spent 4 years as Executive Vice President with Strong Management, where he worked on a number of private equity investments, and ran their High Net Worth business. He joined Goldman Sachs and Bear Stearns & Co. where he was a Vice President and member of the Private Banking team.

Tom earned his Masters in Finance from the University of Chicago, and his BA from the Virginia Military Institute. Tom Ripley spent 5 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he rose to the rank of Captain. His final duty station in the Marine Corps was as a Force Reconnaissance Platoon Commander assigned to the 2nd Marine Expeditionary Force.
