Tamara Christian is an Operating Partner of Blackstreet Capital Management and currently serves as a Director on the boards of FTCA, Inc., Scrubs AC, Inc. and Pennysaver, Inc.   Previously, Ms. Christian spent six years as the President/CEO of National Trade Productions (NTP), a trade show and event management company.  During her four years of her tenure, revenue quadrupled and EBITDA increased six-fold.   She created and launched Creative Solutions Group (CSG) a marketing/design firm that recorded 20%+ increases in revenue and profits for five consecutive years.  She has been a lead in the purchasing and sales of companies and has been part of the development of new entities. 

Ms. Christian’s industry experience is vast and includes:  advertising, government security, occupational therapy, ceramic tile and stone, public transportation, emergency response, public works, civil engineering, scuba diving, plumbing engineering, records management, intelligent transportation systems, temporary & permanent placements, satellite broadcasting, and law enforcement.  Within these industry segments, she assisted companies in increasing their market position and improving their budgeting processes to generate higher revenue and profitability.

Tamara has a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Richmond and an MBA from George Washington University.
