Matthew Walters joined Blackstreet Capital Management in 2009. Previously, Mr. Walters worked as an Analyst in the Corporate Finance division of Stephens, Inc., a middle market investment bank, where he gained experience in a variety of M&A and public offering transactions across multiple industries.

Mr. Walters graduated Summa Cum Laude from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ, where he received a BBA in Accounting and Finance and a MS in Accounting.  Mr. Walters is a Certified Public Accountant.
