Geoff Feidelberg joined Blackstreet Capital as Director of Portfolio Finance in 2009 and currently serves as a Director of FTCA, Inc. Prior to joining Blackstreet, Mr. Feidelberg served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of CompuDyne Corporation, a $200 million dollar NASDAQ traded company, which was sold in 2007 to a PE fund.

Prior thereto, Mr. Feidelberg was employed by AquaPenn Spring Water Company, a venture funded start-up, which grew to become one of the largest bottled water companies in the United States. Along the way, Mr. Feidelberg took AquaPenn public via an IPO on the NYSE, and eventually sold the company to an international food conglomerate.  Mr. Feidelberg served as AquaPenn’s COO and CFO, as well as a member of its Board of Directors.

Mr. Feidelberg started his career with Price Waterhouse in New York City and South Florida, where he was a Senior Audit Manager. Mr. Feidelberg graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton where he received a B.S. in Accounting. Mr. Feidelberg became a CPA in 1979.
